      Scott Fischer is a dedicated commercial real estate broker with over 12 years of experience. Specializing in the sales, leasing, and acquisitions of investment properties. Working primarily on office, industrial, & retail properties his “wealth of knowledge” helps ensure successful transactions for all his property owners, investors, & tenants. He excels in developing relationships with his clients, understanding their short and long term needs, and working closely with them to achieve goals. Scott brings to the table a level of professionalism, market knowledge, & deal experience to every transaction and is 100% committed, regardless of deal size or type, to a achieve a positive outcome for his clients.
      In 2010, Scott joined Unique Properties Inc. where he continues to utilize his experience in commercial real estate to successfully work on over 90 properties totaling more than 3,000,000/SF. In addition to developing and maintaining strong relationships with his owners and investors, he is proud to have helped over 250 tenants sign leases since starting at unique properties. Scott attributes his leasing success from his experience he gained in 2009 when he managed industrial park, where he learned how to think “out-of-the-box” when marketing a property for lease. Prior to that, Scott got his start in 2004 working with Marcus and Millichap. During this time he specialized in investment sales and gained the knowledge/expertise on how to properly underwrite, market, & close over $60,000,000 of commercial property. Scott loves his career in brokerage and is always excited to create new relationships commercial real estate.
