      Scott Fischer is a committed commercial real estate broker with more than 21 years of experience, focusing on the sales, leasing, and acquisitions of investment properties. Primarily dealing with office, industrial, and retail properties, his “wealth of knowledge" ensures successful transactions for property owners, investors, and tenants alike. He is adept at building strong relationships with clients, grasping their short- and long-term needs, and collaborating closely with them to achieve their objectives. Scott contributes a high level of professionalism, market insight, and transactional experience to every deal, remaining 100% committed to securing positive outcomes for his clients, regardless of the size or type of transaction.
      In 2010, Scott joined Unique Properties Inc., where he has effectively applied his commercial real estate expertise to manage over 90 properties, exceeding 3,000,000 square feet. He takes pride in developing and maintaining robust relationships with owners and investors and has successfully assisted over 250 tenants in signing leases since his arrival at Unique Properties. Scott credits his leasing success to the skills he developed in 2009 while managing an industrial park, where he learned to think "outside the box” when marketing properties for lease. Before that, Scott began his career in 2004 with Marcus and Millichap, specializing in investment sales and acquiring the expertise to properly underwrite, market, and close more than $60,000,000 in commercial properties. Scott is passionate about his brokerage career and eagerly looks forward to forming new connections in commercial real estate.
